The project consists of 25 lots, two of which are being kept by the family. The project is bonded, ensuring Buyer’s that the project will be completed as you see it. One home per lot can be built, and it must meet City and County of Honolulu building standards. The road will have sidewalks and be dedicated to the City and County which means that owners will have full police, fire, emergency, and trash pickup services. It will also be landscaped with trees along the street. A safety rock wall will border the top end of lots 1 to 8. There will be a common mailbox area near the entry of the subdivision with a turnaround area as well. The utilities will be underground and stubbed to the properties.
